Our Story
Where it all started …
It all started in a quiet Dales village in the heart of Yorkshire, early in 2007. We opened our Bistro, offering delicious, hearty food to locals and visitors. Following the disastrous collapse of the building in January 2009, we stepped into the world of wedding catering and never looked back. By 2010 we had fourteen couples booked in the diary, and by 2012 we had more than fifty. Our growth and success allowed us to move into a new custom built kitchen and office on the Broughton Hall Estate, where we forged a unique partnership helping the venues on the estate to develop their reputation as exclusive venues for the perfect celebration.
Our talented event managers and chefs have gone on to win a string of awards including ‘Best Caterer for the North East & Yorkshire' three times over the past 9 years. Now with established long standing relationships with the region’s best venues and suppliers, our team are perfectly placed to advise clients and couples on all aspects of their Wedding Day or Special Event. In our latest exciting development in spring 2019, we have moved back to Addingham, where it all started, and invested in a new much larger preparation kitchen, pastry kitchen, tasting room and offices, allowing us to develop new innovative menus and techniques ensuring we are on trend while maintaining our core values of honest, locally sourced foods and impeccable service.
